Urban Agriculture Contest Submission

This design was aimed to improve both the health and aesthetics of a community by educating residents about issues with their current methods.  This is achieved through changing the design of a fast food site into a slow food site by removing parking for site grown food.

The Design

This submission focused on keeping the most attractive aspects of a traditional fast food site.  The goal was to remove often underutilized areas in order  to grow food on site.  In doing this, we can educate the community and help the environment together.

Educating the Public

The U.S. consumption of non-renewable resources is greater than any other country and food plays a large part.
